The Wall Street
of Digital Assets
Indexfy is an onchain investment platform bringing index investing and traditional financial assets to blockchain.
Why Indexfy
A simpler, more transparent way to hold the top of the crypto market.

Instant diversification
One ERC-20 share token gives you exposure to BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, and BNB, no juggling five separate positions across five separate wallets.

Fully transparent
Every asset price comes from a Chainlink oracle and every holding is a public onchain balance, the basket's composition and NAV are verifiable at any time, by anyone.

Fully backed, always
Every I5 is backed by the basket itself, not by a pool. Mint and redeem in-kind at exactly the basket's value, or buy and sell with USDC in one step — either way the index holds the real assets.

Always redeemable
Non-custodial and permissionless: burn your shares whenever you want for a proportional slice of everything the index holds, with no redeem fee.
Index composition
I5's target weights. Live weights load from the index's onchain holdings.

How it works
A single onchain index contract holds the basket and does the accounting — every I5 is backed by the tokens it holds, and you can always mint or redeem against them directly.

- 01
Connect your wallet
Open the app and connect any wallet supported by RainbowKit on the Base network.
- 02
Buy with USDC or mint
Pay USDC and the app buys the basket (cbBTC, cbETH, cbXRP, SOL, wBNB) for you, or mint directly by depositing the basket's own tokens in proportion.
- 03
Hold I5 shares
You receive an ERC-20 share token representing your slice of the basket, track it in any wallet.
- 04
Sell or redeem anytime
Sell back to USDC in one step, or burn your shares for a proportional slice of everything the index holds — no redeem fee.
Transparent, low fees
A small fee when you mint, nothing when you leave, and a 0.1% yearly management fee — all enforced onchain by the index contract, not a number in a prospectus.
0.2%
Mint fee
Taken once, when I5 is minted or bought.
0%
Redeem fee
Selling or redeeming I5 costs nothing extra.
0.1%
Management fee
Per year, accrued daily on the index's value.
Many crypto index products charge 1% a year or more just for holding the position. I5's fees are set onchain and hard-capped by the contract itself — at most 0.5% to mint and 0.2% a year to manage — and any change goes through a public 24-hour timelock, not a policy update buried in fine print. Buying or selling with USDC also pays the DEX and bridge costs of the trade, shown before you confirm.
Part of every fee can flow to veINDY lockers instead of the treasury, pro rata by voting power.
Token contracts
The index contract is itself the I5 ERC-20 share token, and INDY is a separate, fixed-supply ERC-20 — there's no other token contract to look for. Always verify addresses directly on Base before you interact with them.

FAQ
- What chain does the $I5 token run on?
- Right now, only on Base. But we plan to expand to other chains in the future.
- Do I need to hold the basket's tokens to buy I5?
- No. Pay USDC and the app buys each basket token for you through a DEX aggregator and mints I5 in the same transaction; selling works the same way in reverse. If you already hold the basket's tokens (cbBTC, cbETH, cbXRP, SOL, wBNB) you can also mint and redeem with them directly. BNB is held as wBNB, real BNB bridged 1:1 from BNB Chain through Chainlink CCIP — that bridge adds a risk the other assets don't have, which is why BNB is the index's smallest weight.
- How often do you perform rebalancing?
- Rebalances are only done every 3 months to allow users to get the upside of price increases but without corrupting the weights intended.
- What criteria do you use to determine the basket's composition?
- Basket composition is made by the top 5 crypto assets that are not stablecoins. Basket composition is evaluated every 3 months and changes are subject to liquidity ratios.
