Indexfy is a static website with no backend server or database of its own — it talks directly to your wallet and to public blockchain infrastructure, which shapes most of what follows.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and the website has no forms that collect:

• Your name, email address, or postal address.
• Government-issued identification or know-your-customer (KYC) documents.
• Payment card or bank account details.

3. Information We See When You Connect a Wallet

Connecting a wallet shares your public wallet address with the website, so it can display your balances and let you sign transactions. This is the same address that's already visible on the public blockchain to anyone who looks — it isn't something we independently collect or store on a server, because we don't operate one. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.

4. Blockchain Data Is Public and Permanent

Any transaction you submit through the Service — deposits, redemptions, approvals, transfers — is broadcast to and permanently recorded on the Base blockchain, a public ledger. Your wallet address, transaction history, and token balances related to the Top5 Crypto Index are visible to anyone using a block explorer, independent of this website. We have no ability to alter, hide, or delete data once it's confirmed on-chain.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party infrastructure that operates under its own privacy practices, which we don't control:

• Wallet providers and WalletConnect/Reown, used to establish and manage your wallet connection.
• Blockchain RPC providers, used to read and submit data to Base.
• Chainlink price oracles, used to price the index — these are public, permissionless data feeds and don't receive any information about you.

7. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, because we don't collect any in the first place beyond what's already public on the blockchain.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Because the website itself doesn't hold a database of personal information, there's nothing on our end to request, correct, or export. You can disconnect your wallet and clear local storage at any time. Note that blockchain transactions are immutable by design — no one, including us, can delete or alter data already confirmed on-chain, regardless of applicable data protection law's usual erasure rights.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
